Subscription & Billing - Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe - You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date - Free trials may be offered to new users at our discretion - Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis; contact support@propjuice.ai for refund requests - We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers ## 6. Acceptable Use You may not use PropJuice to: - Scrape, copy, or redistribute our predictions, analytics, or model outputs - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our algorithms or models - Resell or commercially redistribute any content from the platform - Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure - Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform ## 7. Intellectual Property All content, features, functionality, and data on PropJuice — including our AI models, predictions, analytics, branding, and software — are owned by PropJuice and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. ## 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropJuice and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. ## 9.
